Aircraft must be removed from current location (M38) no more than 30 days after purchase.
Serial Number 27098
Certificate Number N-7398E
260 HP Continental IO-470-E with GAMI injectors
85.8 hours since major engine overhaul, 2408.5 total time
Engine Compression at previous annual (2020) - #1-73/80, #2-74/80, #3-74/80, #4-72/80, #5-76/80, #6-74/80
Engine Compression at recent Sept. 2023 annual - #1-70/80, #2-70/80, #3-72-80, #4-71/80, #5-60/80, #6-62/80 McCauley variable pitch 3-blade aluminum prop and governer/tach, with 453 hours since installation, and looks like new.
Aircraft total time is 2465.8 hours, which is far less than most early C-210's you'll find for sale. Engine hours and airframe time don't match because there was a factory recall shortly after purchase, and the engine was replaced under warranty.
982 lb useful load
2900 lb gross wt
Recent annual completed- 9/25/2023, so it is ready to fly for another year. Engine was run and gear retraction test performed, with video available for the buyer.
All STCs, ADs, 337's and other requirements have been complied with, as well as all aircraft logs and engine data from "day one" testing at the Cessna factory.... all available for inspection at the hangar. There are hundreds of pages of this data, all organized into file folders. I'm still looking for a full "equipment list", but panel photos should give you a pretty good idea. Instructions and installation manuals and procedures for items such as the JPI fuel totalizer, GAMI injectors, radios and other equipment are included also. This is a very well documented plane.
Registration current through 2/28/2025
New GIL 7035-28 LT VRLA (valve regulated Lead acid) OEM battery, installed in March of 2023, as well as new ELT battery. Special aircraft battery charger included.
"Tow motor" included to assist in towing in and out of hangar.
Cessna brakes were swapped out with Cleveland brakes decades ago, an upgrade to the originals.
C-210's two-tone Imron epoxy paint looks like new (have paint codes for both shades of paint..."Brite Green and Light Green"). Some of the photos on this site show a dull finish, but it's just dust that was washed away for the more recent photos. Imron is very tough paint, and has a great shine to it.
Seats are smooth leather with velour inserts that match dark green exterior paint. They do need cleaning, or perhaps recovering if you want perfection.
The folks who've flown this plane say it is a very "sweet" flying plane.
Come see it at 272 Approach Lane, Toney, AL, 35773 (Bob's hangar at Hazel Green Airport, airport designator M38), by appointment. Contact Mark Langford by email at ML@N56ML.com for access. I'm retired so almost any time is good for me, and I'm usually out there during the day anyway.
Aircraft annualed and signed off as airworthy by A&P IA September 25th 2023.

This panel is loaded and ready for any IFR experience, but does not include autopilot or ADSB.
New hydraulic power pack - system has been tested for leaks, and retract test performed Sept 2023.
Sale is "As is" (which is signed off and ready to go to a new owner). Aircraft must be removed from current location within 30 days of sale.
Bob also completely rebuilt a Stinson 108-3 into one of the finest examples on the planet, which will also has had a September 2023 annual and is ready for sale. See http://www.n56ml.com/stinson/ for that website.
